🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed vocational training as a masseur/-masseuse or beautician

Several years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels

Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage

Strong service mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail

Neat appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanor

Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as service-oriented attitude

📄 YOUR TASKS

Management of the wellness area

Scheduling of shifts, days off and holidays for the entire spa team

Spa reception duties & employee training

Handling general administrative tasks

Responsible for guest recommendations, product sales and treatment bookings

Responsible for discreet, reserved & attentive 5-star service according to LHW, Forbes, FHR and house standards
