Customer consulting and support for Lindt business customers
Sale of suitable product solutions and services by phone and email
Preparation of offers, sending of sample products, and follow-up on open offers
Recording orders from own consultations or from contracts of other customer advisors
Coordination of print data and orders with our partners for customer orders
Recording new customers and prospects, customer master data maintenance in SAP and CRM
General administrative support in daily business
