Do you want to take responsibility, lead projects, and strategically build and further develop an entire division? Then this could be your next challenge. We are a regionally anchored company that plans and implements sustainable energy projects. The focus is on district heating systems and photovoltaic systems for agricultural, industrial, and commercial buildings – technically demanding, economical, and a central contribution to the energy transition. For the further development of our photovoltaic division, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded personality who takes responsibility and shapes the division in the long term. Your role In this position, you lead the division and bear overall responsibility for our photovoltaic projects – from the initial concept idea to successful commissioning. You are the central contact person for customers, partners, and your team. You plan and sell systems, manage implementation, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are aligned. You coordinate internal resources and external partners efficiently and proactively. You recognize risks early and address them with pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches. In addition to operational project responsibility, you actively shape the further development of the division and the company and contribute your perspective at the executive management level. Your profile You have a technical basic education with further training at the HF or FH level as well as business management knowledge or corresponding further training. We expect competencies in marketing and customer acquisition so that you can successfully position and sell our services in the market. A structured way of working, clear prioritization, and binding communication characterize you. You bring leadership experience and understand how to coordinate teams, take responsibility, and motivate employees. Expertise in planning and implementing photovoltaic projects is a plus but not a requirement. What to expect A key position with real scope for design and short decision-making paths awaits you.
