The private retirement home Perla Park offers a well-maintained home to 46 residents, who are supported in a personal and private environment. Our corporate philosophy is to preserve the independence and lifestyle habits of the residents as long as possible, to promote them, and to ensure their independent living.
To complement our nursing team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Dipl. Nurse HF 60 - 100 %
Are you motivated to take on nursing and care tasks in long-term care, have experience dealing with people with dementia, and keep the well-being of the residents at the center of your work? Do you value teamwork, have a healthy sense of humor, are curious about technological aids, and enjoy further training?

Your tasks:
- Competent care and support of our 46 residents
- Participation in nursing reports, nursing professional discussions, and interdisciplinary reports
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of nursing goals
- Support of vocational training by accompanying trainees
- Active participation in projects in the nursing area
- Electronic recording and documentation of nursing services (CareCoach)
- Recording nursing needs according to the "RAI-LTCF" instrument
- Implementation and support of measures and operational structures for a pleasant home atmosphere
Your profile
- Completed and recognized diploma education in nursing at tertiary level HF / FH or DNII in Switzerland
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- High professional and social competencies
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Interest in innovative and future-oriented topics
- Teamwork skills, warmth, commitment, resilience, and flexibility
