Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst OeBS – Finance to strengthen our teams.
You will work at the heart of the financial information system and play a key role in the integration, migration, and optimization of accounting and management processes within Oracle E-Business Suite (OeBS 12.2).
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs in accounting and financial areas (GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, FA).
- Design and propose functional solutions by leveraging OeBS standards.
- Write detailed functional specifications and ensure configuration in the software package.
- Manage and execute functional tests, ensure acceptance testing, and support users.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of configurations with Oracle best practices and internal rules.
- Actively participate in several key projects:
- Accounting integration of a new business application in OeBS 12.2
- Migration from version 11.5.10 to 12.2
- Functional studies on release 12.2.14 and change management support - Monitor progress, identify risks, and provide regular reporting to project managers.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience on Oracle E-Business Suite, ideally on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, FA).
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and management control.
- Proficiency in SQL and query tools such as SQL Developer.
- Good knowledge of the OeBS data model and open interfaces (AP/AR/GL).
- Ability to work on integration projects and manage interactions with satellite applications.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Fluent French.
