To strengthen our MEP East (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) department, we are looking for a

Project Manager Electrical 80-100%

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

YOUR TASKS:

• Comprehensive project management: Responsibility for the complete project processing – from the concept phase to successful handover to the client, in projects of various sizes.
• Electrical engineering project management: Leadership and coordination of all electrical planning and implementation processes within the projects.
• Stakeholder management & negotiations: Independent negotiation with authorities, clients, architects, specialist planners, and suppliers.
• Team leadership: Leading and promoting a dedicated project team, including coaching and ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Acquisition & offer preparation: Active support in acquiring new projects as well as preparing well-founded, customer-specific offers.
• Cost, schedule & quality management: Responsibility for budget, deadlines, and quality; efficient scheduling and optimal deployment planning of project staff as well as preparation of precise cost estimates and ongoing cost control.
• Tenders & technical documentation: Preparation and handling of high and low voltage tenders as well as demanding technical documents for building automation, telematics, and security systems.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as an electrical engineer FH/BSc building electronics/electrical engineering, electrical technician HF, federally certified electrical installer, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in electrical planning or electrical installation.
• Confident use of modern IT tools and good knowledge of MS Office, Messerli, Plancal Nova, and TinLine.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss standards: confident handling of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., NIN, SIA, VKF) for electrical planning and execution.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, commitment, as well as an independent and goal-oriented working style.
• Confident appearance and convincing communication, with which you effectively motivate stakeholders.
• Fluent German skills (C1) as well as very good English skills (B2); French skills are an advantage.
