Together with your team, you manage the central accounting for the entire nationwide real estate portfolio of an investment foundation. In coordinating and professionally supporting your team, you apply your social skills. You handle complex operating cost statements as well as interim and annual financial statements yourself – as well as property accounting and VAT tasks for opted properties.

New projects are also waiting for you and your team to develop and implement them. Here your creativity and agility come into play. With your communication talent, you inspire a whole range of partners on the client side who are active in real estate management companies throughout Switzerland. In addition, you work closely with asset managers, project managers, and other team leaders.

Training as a commercial clerk with proof of experience in managing property accounting. Or: Advanced professional examination and extensive experience in accounting.
