About the Position
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual for incoming goods inspection. In this role, you take on a central responsibility for inspecting incoming materials, using both conventional measuring instruments and modern 3D measuring technology. Your main workplace is in Zurich-Altstetten, with occasional assignments at other locations.
What you can achieve
You create and maintain quality and error reports in the SAP system.
You carry out incoming goods inspection according to test instructions using conventional measuring instruments and FARO 3D measuring arms.
You take on the initial sampling of components and products.
You manage the release processes in the SAP system for inspected materials.
You document and analyze quality deviations.
You support the management and monitoring of testing equipment.
What you bring with you
You have completed a technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, machining technician, electrician) or have several years of experience in quality assurance.
You are confident in interpreting technical drawings, especially GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
You have experience with SAP S/4 HANA (quality module).
You bring knowledge in metrology, ideally with experience using FARO measuring devices.
You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
