The Educational Center for Hearing and Speech HSM Münchenbuchsee is a service center with a wide range of support and counseling services for children and adolescents with severe hearing and speech impairments and their environment.
We educate normally gifted students with hearing and/or speech impairments from the basic level up to and including lower secondary level.

Tasks
- Responsibility for the personnel operational management of the department at the Münchenbuchsee location
- Ensuring and further developing the quality of education and therapy
- Cross-departmental collaboration
- Close cooperation within the school and therapy area
- Coordination of the counseling services for regular schools
Requirements
- If possible, completed training as a speech therapist or a similar qualification
- You put people at the center and enjoy challenges
- You see solutions, not problems
- Leadership experience, ideally in a comparable position
- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Knowledge of the Bern school system
