HR Generalist (a)
We are growing – and maybe you with us? With the acquisition of the Nepple operations, our HR team is expanding. For this, we are looking for an independent, motivated personality who enjoys taking responsibility, thinking along, and is eager to further develop the HR world of Auto AG Group together with the team in the role of HR Generalist.
Your tasks
- Implementation and active participation in the entire HR lifecycle in a professional and modern HR management
- Handling personnel administrative tasks of all HR processes from entry to exit
- Independent handling of the recruiting process in cooperation with the line management
- Responsible for a smooth payroll process including time accounting, social insurances, withholding tax, etc.
- Advising and supporting line managers and employees in all personnel and leadership matters
- Participation in the further development of HR processes as well as in exciting HR projects
Your profile
- HR-specific training such as HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role with good HR expertise
- Committed, proactive, and service-oriented personality
- Efficient, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment and willingness to work independently while also contributing to and being involved in the HR team
- Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
- Good communication skills in German, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
