- In the tandem model, you work closely with our certified nursing professionals, where you are jointly responsible for a high-quality care process
- Ensuring a high level of care and service quality in the care of our patients and their relatives
- Daily contact person for trainee health professionals
- Constructive collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
- Active participation and shaping of processes, structures, and planning of an innovative team culture
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ with at least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- Driver's license and car
- You think creatively and act beyond the obvious
- You enjoy working in various teams and possess strong organizational and communication skills
- High flexibility in structured thinking, situation-adapted actions, and ward-specific collaboration
