The Appenzeller Show Dairy is a showcase and brand ambassador of Appenzeller® cheese and thus the spicy excursion destination in the Appenzellerland. The lively, tourist daytime operation with restaurant, shop and interactive exhibition about the dairy pampers guests from all over the world 364 days a year. Now we are looking for you as a versatile and creative professional as well as a motivated member of our family team.
Your tasks:
- Offer guests a culinary and spicy experience
- Preparation and cooking of all dishes
- Participation in the planning of culinary special weeks and gastro events
- Compliance with the specified quality assurance and hygiene guidelines
You bring with you:
- Completed training and experience in a food restaurant
- Connection to regional products and joy in working with fresh raw materials
- Commitment, teamwork, flexibility and stress resistance
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the operation
- Neat appearance and good manners
- You can set priorities and like to continue your education
- You speak fluent Swiss German or German
