About the job

• You advise and support private clients comprehensively in wealth, pension, and retirement planning within our Lausanne branch
• You professionally conduct complex advisory concepts in the areas of investments, wealth organization, risk analysis, and tax optimization
• You ensure convincing advice, both professionally and personally, actively building long-term client relationships; ideally, you already have your own client portfolio
• You establish risk profiles, structure portfolios across different asset classes based on these, while considering market developments, interest rates, and inflation
• Additionally, you ensure a high quality of advice and documentation, systematically comply with regulatory and internal standards, and work closely with partners, senior wealth planners, and specialists

• You have completed training in banking and insurance, ideally complemented by a Bachelor or Master (University of Applied Sciences/university) as well as continuing education as a financial advisor (with federal certificate or diploma)
• As a competent contact for pension, financial planning, investments, and taxation, you quickly identify your clients’ needs and develop tailored solutions
• You have solid experience in comprehensive wealth planning and relationship management in wealth management, as well as a strong client and service orientation
• Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to act, and a goal- and acquisition-oriented approach drive you to actively advance topics. You also maintain your own client register and achieve proven success in client follow-up and acquisition in wealth management
• You communicate perfectly in French (C2) and very well in German (C1); English and other national languages are a plus
