Your tasks

Disposition of the national paper industry as well as partial and full loads according to economic and ecological aspects
Customer support and advice by phone
Management of driving personnel
Collaboration with internal and external departments
Various administrative tasks

You bring with you

Commercial basic training
Professional experience as a transport dispatcher is mandatory
Proficient in MS Office, SAP is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation, between approx. 03:30 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
Customer-oriented, precise and efficient work
Resilient, responsible and confident appearance
Very good German skills spoken/written, French is an advantage
