Für unsere Abteilung Wafer Production bei der Axetris AG suchen wir eine selbständige, motivierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleader DryEtch/Litho.

Ihre Aufgaben

Gesamtführung des Bereichs DryEtch/Litho

Transfer neuer Prozesse in die Produktion

Sicherstellung einer qualitativen und quantitativen Fertigung

Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse im Hinblick auf Qualitätsverbesserung, Ausschussreduktion, Produktivitäts- und Effizienzsteigerung

Überwachung der Produktequalität während der gesamten Produktion

Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Verbesserung der Betriebszeit und der Kapazität

Förderung und Unterstützung neuer Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Produktivität

Mitarbeit bei neuen Methoden zur Steigerung der Problemlösung und der Produktionsfehleranalyse

Organisation von Schulungen sowie fachliche und persönliche Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

Ihr Profil

Studium in Mikrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Automatisierungstechnik oder Maschinenbau

mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Semiconductor-Industrie in einer ähnlichen Position

Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisatorisches Geschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Macher-Mentalität
