Support us with your expertise – your area of responsibility:

Technical support for our customers and dealers by phone
Correspondence with customers, suppliers, and plants as well as independent handling of inquiries
Planning and/or conducting training sessions

Contribute to our shared success – what you bring:

Completed technical or manual basic training
Further training in the commercial field or several years of office experience
Good knowledge of electrical engineering
Good spoken French skills are an advantage
Knowledge of Hörmann products
Good user skills in IT and MS Office
Strong service mentality
Enjoyment in contact with people
Good communication skills
