Clerk Billing 40% - 60%
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Billing our services
- Creating interim, partial, and final invoices
- Recording damage cases and forwarding them to our broker
- Recording customer feedback
- Ensuring defined processes
- Supporting the maintenance of address management and price agreements in the CRM system
What you should bring:
Clearly: commercial know-how, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges.
With the following skills, you are well equipped:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or business school
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Very strong customer and service orientation
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Precise and independent working style
- Very good German skills (native level), French skills desired (A2-B1)
- Proficient user knowledge of common MS Office programs, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
