Our four-member young and dynamic team is responsible for the individual advice and support of affluent private clients in the Volketswil region. We promote an inspiring and appreciative collaboration with internal and external contacts. Together with the Dübendorf and Fehraltorf branches, we form a branch group in the Oberland-Pfannenstiel market area.

Your Tasks

Support and develop existing affluent private clients
Acquire new clients in the catchment area
Explore customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in cooperation with internal specialists
Sell standardized products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pension, and payment transactions
Handle all front-related administrative tasks
Realize long-term trust building and asset preservation in the context of generational change
Perform demanding representation tasks in the spirit of "the nearby bank" and participate in customer events
Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in the areas of financing, investing, or pension planning

Your Profile

Completed banking training or equivalent education
Further education e.g. HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance (completed or in training)
Experience in personal customer support
Team player and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth goals
Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
You score with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic manner
Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
