Bartender/ Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

– Support the Chef de Rang in attending to and advising guests.

– Proper preparation and serving of drinks (cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, etc.).

– Support the bar team with all tasks arising in daily bar operations.

–   Preparation and control of the mise-en-place for a smooth workflow.

–  Compliance with specified hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

–   Ensuring cleanliness and order in the work area.

–   Friendly, professional, and service-oriented care of guests at the bar.

–   Support in carrying out special events and pop-ups.

–   Active participation in the maintenance and storage of goods (e.g., inventory control, restocking the bar).

–   Constant readiness to learn and implement new recipes and workflows.

–   Neat appearance and confident, warm demeanor towards guests.

– Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management

– Professional experience in the 5* sector and experience with LQA standards

– Passion for high-quality drinks and modern bar culture

– Sense of responsibility and host mentality

– Teamwork skills and a high level of service orientation

– Very good German and English skills, spoken and written

– Additional language skills are an advantage

– Neat appearance and confident demeanor

– Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
