Reporting directly to the head of Technology & Operations (T&O), the Strategy & Transformation Office defines the unit’s overarching strategy and roadmap in line with group-wide ambitions. From driving transversal initiatives to instilling change and innovation throughout the organization, joining as the Head of Strategy & Transformation Office is a great opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled and motivated in-house consultants, who shape the future of a longstanding and industry-leading banking services provider.

YOUR MISSION:

• Shape, execute and measure the impact of the strategic agenda across the T&O organization

• Take ownership of cross-departmental initiatives (e.g., shape strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps jointly with department heads, assess impact of emerging trends and technologies, foster collaboration with other business units)

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 employees in charge of different aforementioned initiatives

• Act as an agent of change in the organization by promoting and accompanying the T&O teams on their adoption journey of new methods

• Improve the organization by continuously challenging and redesigning existing processes and ways-of-working

• Contribute to shaping the future of the T&O organization and service offering

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Information Technology or related fields, or evidence of comparable academic / work achievement

• 7-10 years of experience in consulting (Senior Manager, Director) or as chief of staff to the COO / Head of IT in financial services (wealth management is preferred)

• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: IT strategy development, target operating model definition, enterprise architecture or organizational design and transformation (incl. Agile)

• Structured and analytical approach with an ability to synthesize complex topics to senior stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in storytelling and the use of MS Office tools incl. PowerPoint and Excel

• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)

• Domicile in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
