4 areas:
1. Youth center operation

The infrastructure of the youth center provides rooms and resources that allow activities or serve as a place to stay and meet and are regularly open.
2. Actions and projects
Actions and projects are offered both during meeting opening hours and outside of them. Professional planning, implementation, and evaluation are guaranteed for actions and projects. The promotion of independence and self-organization of young people is targeted. Participation and social skills are strengthened and expanded, and the resources of young people are recognized and promoted.
3. Outreach youth work
In outreach youth work, OJAG offers support and counseling for young people and youth groups in the context of their life world and life situation to clarify their situation, formulate their own wishes and goals, and clarify their own resources.
4. Information and counseling
Young people have the opportunity to receive information and counseling on everyday questions from youth workers in a low-threshold manner. The resources of young people are activated and accessed. Open youth work also has a broad network of specialists to ensure optimal triage.
