- Independent management of the residents' office and the AHV branch office
- Management of the dog control office
- Deputy IPV
- Maintenance of the homepage and the digital village square "Crossiety"
- Layout of the municipal newsletter "HalloHefenhofen!"
- Administration of the lunch table
- Support of the municipal chancellery
- Telephone and counter service as well as general administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally administrative apprenticeship
- Good IT skills (Abraxas, CMI, Loganto/Innosolv, MS Office)
- High resilience, reliability, and independent working style
- Confident in spoken and written language, with a confident appearance and friendly manner
- Flexible, team-oriented, discreet, and trustworthy
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Flexible working hours and opportunities for home office
- Responsibility and co-design – your ideas are welcome
- Close follower of the current digitization of public administration
- Open communication and flat hierarchies for a respectful collaboration
