Your Challenge:

The tasks include:

Maintenance and servicing of building services systems
Deputizing and supporting the group leader
Co-responsible for deployment & work planning as well as for training and instruction of the building services team members.
Ensuring technical availability of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, compressed air, and sanitary systems
Proper documentation of all performed work in the
maintenance program
Assistance in setting up and maintaining maintenance plans as well as the MSR system for all building services systems
Supervision and control of assignments by external companies
Assistance with new installations and commissioning

Your Profile:

For these interesting and diverse challenges, you bring the following requirements:

Training as a heating, sanitary, or refrigeration technician
Experience in the field of HVAC systems
Basic knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage (NIV15)
Flexibility regarding working hours (rotating on-call service and weekend assignments)
PC skills desired
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
