Your Tasks

Preparation, minute taking, and management of pending items

Management of the business administration system

Billing of services to internal and external customers

Creation of credit notes / additional charges / supplier orders

Maintenance of intranet and internet pages

Organization of events and functions

Your Profile

Commercial basic training (KV) or comparable education

Very independent, process-oriented, precise, and structured way of working

High communication, self, and social competence as well as pronounced customer and service orientation

IT affinity and very good IT user skills (MS Office, Abacus)

Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
