Region: French-speaking Switzerland (VD – NE – FR - JU)
SOLTOP Energie AG develops and markets innovative and sustainable energy solutions. As part of the development of our business line KIGO (climate ceilings), we are looking for a committed and results-oriented personality to strengthen our sales team in French-speaking Switzerland.
Your mission
In the region assigned to you (cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel and Jura), you are responsible for the commercial development and strategic positioning of the KIGO range.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and consolidate the existing customer portfolio
- Acquire new business partners and develop the specialized network
- Actively promote KIGO products to engineering offices, specialized planners, architects, and general contractors
- Ensure the integration of KIGO solutions in tenders
- Achieve sales targets while guaranteeing a sustainable margin
- Provide technical advice to customers and identify solutions adapted to their projects
- Plan and organize your customer visits independently and in a structured manner
- Ensure project follow-up and systematically document object data
- Prepare indicative offers in collaboration with the internal sales department
- Serve as an interface between customers and internal departments (technical, internal sales, marketing)
- Represent KIGO at exhibitions, conferences, and customer training sessions
- Provide relevant information on market trends and competition
Your profile
- Commercial or technical training (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent)
- Technical-commercial profile with a strong customer orientation
- An active network in the construction sector, especially in HVAC, in the cantons VD/NE/FR/JU is a real advantage.
- Experience in external sales, ideally in the construction, HVAC, or technical solutions field, is a plus.
- Good understanding of planning and tender processes
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Interest in innovative and sustainable energy solutions
- Native French speaker, good knowledge of German is an asset
- Ideally residing in the sales region
Workplace
- Attached to the KIGO headquarters in Sierre, you will be based at our branch in Yverdon, the starting point of your commercial activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
