Your tasks:

• You take care of the professional commissioning of heating and hot water systems, ventilation and solar systems as well as control systems
• You perform careful maintenance of these devices according to Hoval's high quality standards
• You advise customers on the ideal setting of the devices to their personal needs
• You analyze and fix malfunctions – expertly, quickly and independently
• You handle service assignments and reliably report them back
• You inform system owners about the comprehensive benefits and security they enjoy through the optional warranty packages
• You have successfully completed a technical education – preferably in the fields of refrigeration technology, electrical engineering or installation, building or heating technology
• You like to work independently and flexibly and have a high level of commitment
• You enjoy contact with customers and are interested in growing into the tasks as a customer service technician
• You appreciate being on the road and have a class B driving license for this
• A 4.5-day week that gives you sufficient free time

For legal reasons, we point out the collective agreement minimum salary, depending on creditable previous service, between € 2,471,-- and € 2,911,-- gross per month full-time.
