Following the launch of our first real cloud product, we are creating a new key role to lead and coordinate AutoForm’s global cloud operations, based in Zurich.
Your RoleAs Cloud Operations Lead, you will:
- Coordinate the deployment and operations of AutoForm’s cloud offerings across the portfolio
- Define our commitments for each cloud product by specifying responsibilities, service levels, and cost structure
- Report directly to the Head of R&D and work closely with the Executive Committee on cloud strategy, risk, and security priorities
- Be the single point of accountability for cloud service readiness: security, reliability, compliance, and cost transparency
- Define and enforce cloud standards, policies, and operating procedures across all involved teams and partners and ensure they are applied consistently
- Align Development, IT, Product Management and external partners to deliver stable and secure cloud products
- Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning for cloud environments
- Establish and run the cloud operating model including ownership, escalation paths, runbooks, and partner collaboration
- Govern identity and access management
- Maintain a secure and auditable AWS multi-account foundation
- Coordinate security operations across the involved organizations with the authority and accountability to set standards and drive remediation
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Define and improve observability standards and service level objectives
- Drive cost and capacity management
- Manage and steer external partners
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- Several years of experience in cloud operations, platform operations, or cloud security governance
- Strong AWS knowledge, able to set standards, challenge decisions, and drive quality, even if you’re not the primary implementer
- Proven ability to lead through coordination and influence across teams and stakeholders
- Confident communication with executive stakeholders on risk, priorities, trade-offs, and status
- Experience with other cloud providers is a plus, including Azure/GCP and Chinese providers such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud
- Certifications are a plus: AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP/CISM/CCSP, ITIL
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
