These are your tasks
- Represent contractors, builders, or clients towards companies, suppliers, customers
- Organize, coordinate, lead, and supervise construction master work on construction sites
- Arrange and ensure appointments with different stakeholders
- Manage processes from order realization through quality assurance to order completion and quantity checks
- Advise customers on construction-technical solutions according to the network operator's specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, requirements, and factory standards on construction sites
- Create, submit building applications and handle inquiries from authorities
- Support in tenders for construction master services
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as a construction manager, construction technician, civil engineer HFP, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in commissioning and managing contractors
- Solid knowledge of construction processes in urban areas
- High level of knowledge on topics related to construction worker regulations, occupational safety, and health protection
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team spirit and open communication at eye level
- Process-oriented, integral, flexible, independent, and resilient personality
