You can expect an exciting and varied activity in a lively environment. We offer you a learning and working field in youth work and accompany you during your training in the practical field. You apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and are introduced and qualified in everyday professional life by a professional team as well as a practical trainer on site. The working hours are mostly between Wednesday morning and Friday evening; projects and events require about one weekend deployment per month.
