Supporting Group Leadership 50%
For the sewing manufactory in Lenzburg, we are looking for a position starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your tasks:
- Support of the group leadership of the sewing manufactory
- Deputy for the group leadership during absences (e.g., holiday cover, further training)
- Co-responsibility for planning and implementing sewing orders together with the clients
- Guidance and instruction of people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments
- Co-responsibility for the professional and customer-oriented handling of production orders in cooperation with the group leadership (70%)
- Participation in the development of new products – including creating patterns as well as productive work on customer orders
- Client-related administration and documentation
- Participation in team meetings
Your profile:
- Completed training as a skilled sewing professional with work experience
- Educational training and/or experience in supporting people with cognitive and/or psychological impairments (desirable) or willingness to familiarize yourself with this field of work
- Solid experience in carrying out demanding sewing tasks as well as confident handling of industrial, overlock, and atelier machines
- Strong spatial thinking skills for developing and implementing patterns
- Very good PC skills and experience in administrative tasks
- High teamwork skills, resilience, and joy in creative work – ideally combined with a good sense of humor
