Scope of Duties
• Development of the vision and strategic direction of the restaurant with a focus on revenue growth, profit optimization, and sustainable development.
• Definition of financial goals, budget creation, analysis of business results, and derivation of concrete action plans.
• Monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), management of operational business, and continuous performance improvement.
