For our dynamic team in Freiburg im Breisgau, we are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Implementation of marketing and communication strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Planning and execution of online and offline campaigns for lead generation and customer retention.
• Maintenance and further development of local websites as well as management of social media (organic & paid), SEO, and email marketing.
• Creation and optimization of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Close collaboration with sales, product management, and global marketing.
• Monitoring and analysis of marketing activities including reporting.
• Management of external agencies and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Own content creation and development of new, creative content formats for various channels.

Your profile

• Completed studies or training in marketing/digital marketing or a comparable qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the B2B or MedTech environment.
• Knowledge of social media, SEO, and email marketing; experience with SAP Marketing is an advantage.
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus.
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
• Organizational talent, initiative, as well as an analytical and structured way of working.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high customer and success orientation.
