At the Buntspecht residential group in the Fortuna house, seven adults with partly severe cognitive and multiple disabilities live. Due to the high staff ratio, we are able to support our clients very individually.
- Professional and personnel management of the residential group
- Comprehensive support, assistance, and care of clients in all aspects of daily life and leisure
- Support of clients in terms of social participation and inclusion
- Collaboration in the pedagogical process design and development of the institution
- Interdisciplinary cooperation within the team and with other professionals
- Training as a care specialist, health, nursing, or social pedagogue or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience
- Leadership training desired
- A resilient, healthy personality with empathy, responsibility, teamwork skills, and flexibility
- Varied activities
