- Responsibility for the smooth production of hot and cold dishes according to recipe specifications

At the BZU restaurant in BVZ Unterentfelden, you and your team of about six people pamper between 250 and 300 guests daily with a varied offer: fine menus, vegetarian dishes, fresh salads, and snacks. In addition, you support the organization of catering for meetings and events.
Your working hours are Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (according to the duty roster). On public holidays and weekends, the operation is generally closed – weekend shifts only occur for planned events.
