Through strategic brand development and systematic brand management, we give our brands a value-adding attitude and a clear profile both internally and externally. We are responsible for the overall bank's appearance and the brand-compliant design of all digital and physical touchpoints through creation. In our Brand Management and Design team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Senior Designer.

Your tasks

Design of print and online media such as brochures, reports, factsheets, and adaptation of advertisements (print & online)
Creation of posts, graphics, visuals, and campaign materials for social media
Participation in special projects (including events and sponsorship) in the print and production area within the marketing and communication unit
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations including training and further development of the basics
Responsibility for image and data preparation such as retouching and editing photos (employee portraits, event pictures, stock material)
Creation of graphics for reporting, presentations, and final print data and ensuring compliance with corporate identity & regulatory requirements (e.g., mandatory information, disclaimers)
Responsibility for corporate design and further development of design templates and maintenance of brand fundamentals
Coordination with external agencies, printers, and media houses and quality control of outputs (print & digital)

Your profile

Education or studies in graphic design, communication design, or comparable
At least 8 years of experience as a designer, ideally in the financial sector or regulated industries
Experience in designing brochures, reports, product sheets as well as familiarity with compliance requirements in financial publications (e.g., mandatory information, accessibility) and regulatory sensitive documents is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, Frontify, and all MS Office 365 programs for PC and Mac
Confident handling of typographic standards, complex tables, diagrams, and image editing
Structured and independent working style as well as a sense for precision, seriousness, and brand appearance
High team spirit and the ability to visually present complex issues clearly and attractively
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic English skills
