• Monitoring the complete complaint process including timely escalation of unresolved cases
• Ensuring robust root cause analyses (e.g., 8D, 5-Why) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Creation, review, and maintenance of complaint and billing documents as well as technical reports
• Requesting and reviewing inspection certificates, reports, and invoices from suppliers
• Monitoring non-conformities, deviations, and repair concepts as well as supporting the Material Review Board (MRB)

• Experience in quality management (QM/QS/QE)
• Complaint handling and 8D / CAPA
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good English skills, spoken and written
• Strong MS Office skills
• Very good numerical sense and analytical thinking ability
