Your tasks
- Career Counselling: individual advice for Bachelor and Master students as well as doctoral candidates in German and English
- Career Counselling for experienced professionals on various career-related topics
- Design and implementation of workshops
- Independent project responsibility and further development of the existing services of the CSC-HSG
- Research and preparation of career-relevant topics
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies or subject-specific vocational training with subsequent coaching further education
- 2-5 years of professional experience in the fields of human resources (with a focus on recruitment / campus recruiting), personnel consulting and/or career services
- Knowledge of the needs of students as well as good knowledge of the labor market
- Consulting and coaching experience
- Experience in conducting workshops
- Flexible, team-oriented personality with strong social and communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
