We provide 15 families with children supervised or supported living arrangements. The focus is on observing and promoting the child's welfare, supporting in crisis situations, and stabilizing the family system. Our clientele includes women affected by violence as well as parents with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, or other psychosocial difficulties.

What you can achieve:
- Ensuring the child's welfare, individual promotion of the clientele
- Taking over childcare & supporting children/families in daily life activities
- Responsible for the professional design and moderation of parent-child activities
- Observation and documentation of the development of children and the parent-child relationship
- Conducting parenting counseling, creating the child's promotion plan and supporting social networking
What you bring with you:
- Training in childhood education/social pedagogy
- Several years of professional experience in early childhood
- Enjoyment in childcare and educational work with parents
- Patience in dealing with people and high resilience
- Willingness for shift work without night shifts
- IT skills and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Minimum age 25 years
