For our branch in Stäfa we are looking from 1 October 2026 for a Retail Specialist EFZ Stationery 40 - 50% (a)

• Friendly, competent and needs-oriented advice to our customers
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Inventory management and ordering
• Active market and trend observation
• Co-design and optimisation of our range
• Assistance in the collection area and at the till

• Completed training as a retail specialist
  specialising in stationery
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in retail
• Sales- and customer-oriented personality with a positive demeanour
• Resilient and calm - even in busy moments
• Interest in current affairs and trends
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
