From spring 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a new team member for our 4-person HR team as
HR Team Leader
(70-80% workload)
These are your tasks:
- Personnel and organizational leadership of the HR team currently consisting of four employees.
- Responsible for the operational human resources management of the foundation.
- Professional support and sparring partner for HR topics as well as taking over tasks and case management during holiday cover or special cases.
- Operational development of HR processes in the area of digitalization and automation.
This is what you bring:
- Further education in Human Resources (specialist certificate level) with high expertise in labor law and social insurance.
- Leadership training or willingness to complete it.
- Strong service orientation.
- Organizational strength.
- Communication skills appropriate to the level.
