• Individual and professional care and nursing of our residents
• Taking over shift responsibility
• Co-responsibility for the design and further development of the care process
• Responsibility for the professional support of our trainees during their training

• Completed vocational training at secondary level (e.g., FaGe EFZ, nurse FA SRK or a comparable qualification)
• Further education in vocational pedagogy or willingness to complete such further education
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
