We are looking for a
Student Assistant Legal Service 60% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Independent support and maintenance of our data protection database as well as participation in data protection assessments
- Support in the further development and implementation of data protection and compliance structures
- Conducting legal clarifications in Swiss data protection law as well as on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Handling labor law issues (e.g. contract design, regulations, individual personnel matters)
- Participation in the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts (service, supplier, and cooperation agreements)
- Support and further development of contract management (filing, deadline monitoring, standardization)
- Collaboration on compliance topics (e.g. guidelines, training, internal clarifications)
- General support of the Head of Legal in daily business
Your profile
- Advanced studies in law (BLaw/MLaw)
- First practical experience in data protection law as well as solid basic understanding in other legal areas (especially labor and contract law)
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage
- Interest in corporate legal work and interdisciplinary issues
