Head of Strategy & Business Development (m/f/d) 100%

You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in close collaboration with management.

• Initiation, leadership, and support of strategic initiatives and operational projects
• Management of the company’s strategy process
• Support of individual branches in strategy development and implementation
• Support of the managing director in leading the entire company

We are looking for a young, ambitious, and eager-to-learn doer to fill this leadership role. • 3 - 8 years of experience in project development and implementation or relevant leadership (e.g., management consulting, internal strategy department, or start-up)
• Degree at university/ETH or university of applied sciences level (e.g., economics, engineering, natural sciences, or MBA), remarkable performance record (grades or other engagement)
• Analytical skills, structured and conceptual thinking, creativity
• Very good German skills, as well as good English skills
