Your mission
- Support children in their daily lives by promoting their well-being and healthy development
- Propose and lead activities specific to children, taking into account their developmental age
- Support and assist parents in their parenting role
- Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
- Contribute to the smooth running of the home by taking on transversal and logistical tasks
- Collaborate effectively with network partners, especially placement services
Your profile
- Training as a social educator HES, ES, Early Childhood, Curative Pedagogy
- Postgraduate training as a practitioner trainer is an asset
- Proven professional experience with children in residential care and in supporting families in difficulty
- Interest in organizing outdoor activities adapted to toddlers
- High stress resistance capacity
- Committed personality with an entrepreneurial spirit ready to engage in participatory processes
- Good interpersonal skills and ease in relationships
- Driving license required

The Jeunesse & Familles Foundation is a non-profit institution recognized as being of public utility. Its mission is to welcome and support children, adolescents, and adults facing social and/or personal difficulties, as well as to support their families. Some 300 employees keep the pulse of the Foundation alive. They work in one of the nine accommodation sites, within one of the day services or public activities, or within the administration. Each person is committed to improving the daily lives of beneficiaries while respecting their rights and dignity.
