Application Manager E-Government Services

What to expect
- You take overall responsibility for applications operated by third-party providers in the SaaS model, such as E-Delivery, E-Login, E-Payment, or E-Signature
- You identify requirements from authorities, the population, and the economy, develop content-related ideas for further development, and actively shape their implementation in projects
- You ensure that external providers reliably fulfill their contractual obligations
- Thanks to your technical understanding, you challenge our suppliers in terms of conception, problem analysis, and further development
- You ensure that our STREBAS services are optimally integrated with specialist systems of the administration and external platforms
- You are the link between customers, specialist departments, and service providers
- You inspire our team and your customers with your interest in technical innovation
What distinguishes you
- Master's degree at FH/University level, preferably in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent education with a strong IT focus
- Experience in IT service management with solid expertise in relevant standards and tools (ITIL, ServiceNow)
- Specialization or strong interest in at least one of the following topics: software development, application, data or service architectures
- Knowledge of contemporary ICT application solutions as well as modern technologies
- High analytical and conceptual skills as well as interconnected thinking
- You can communicate technical topics understandably and moderate between specialist departments
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and experience with agile working methods
