About the job
We are a Switzerland-wide consulting company with around 70 employees and among other things manage the offices of various professional associations and clubs. At our headquarters in Zurich-Oerlikon, we also organize the entire course system of these organizations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as of now or by arrangement for the position of
Employee Infrastructure & Course Room Supervision in a Part-Time Job
(Employment level approx. 10%, hourly wage)
Offer and conditions
- Modern working environment directly at Oerlikon train station
- Flexible hourly employment of about 10%
- Irregular but planable assignments in advance by arrangement on about two to three evenings per week from 5 p.m., lasting about 1 – 2 hours
- No courses and therefore no assignments during school holidays
Your profile
- Reliable, structured and independent working style
- High sense of responsibility and strong sense of order and cleanliness
- Good spoken German skills and service-oriented demeanor
- Flexible personality willing to perform irregular work assignments
- Physical resilience (setup and dismantling of technical equipment, furniture)
- Experience in infrastructure, building services or facility management is an advantage
Your task
- Preparation and setup of course and meeting rooms for internal and external events
- Furnishing and provision of materials (moderation materials, basic technical equipment)
- Cleaning up and restoring rooms after course completion
- Cleaning and maintenance of tea kitchens and common areas
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
