Job Description

- Active participation in creating culinary experiences in our à la carte and half-board kitchen
- Creative preparation of high-quality dishes with attention to detail and a sense of quality
- Close collaboration with the Chef de Partie in a collegial team
- Your own ideas are explicitly welcome – we appreciate fresh input and development
- Responsibility for smooth operations in your area
- Compliance with and lived implementation of HACCP guidelines – quality and safety are a matter of course for us
Qualifications
- Training as a cook or professional experience
- Enjoyment of demanding and creative work
- Quality awareness
- High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
- Good German and/or English skills, Italian is an advantage
