Transport Dispatcher (M/F)

Approximately 800 employees currently work at 11 sites for renowned clients from industry, crafts, and commerce. Our special operations department includes crane services, special transports, industrial relocations, and the rental of lifting platforms.

• Plan and organize transports according to customer needs and operational priorities
• Coordinate drivers and ensure daily monitoring of routes
• Ensure compliance with schedules, safety instructions, and applicable regulations
• Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of operations
• Perform various administrative tasks related to transport activities

• Proven experience in transport planning and coordination
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography and applicable regulations
• Very good ability to manage stress and handle complex situations
• Flexible, responsive, and dynamic person with a good team spirit
• Good German skills (minimum level B2)
• Proficient in common computer tools
