For our Bern Markthalle branch, we are looking for a Team Leader Bike/Shoes/Kids/Hardgoods 80 - 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

You take responsibility for the team in the basement in the areas of Bike, Shoes, Kids, and Hardgoods. Everyone in the 20-person team has the same goal: to offer our customers the best advice on everything related to outdoor products in the areas of Bike, Shoes, Kids, and Hardgoods. Transa Backpacking AG has been the competence center for high-quality travel and outdoor equipment for over 45 years. The motto «Get out. But right.» is lived by around 500 employees. We are organized in circles and use the patterns of Sociocracy 3.0 – this ensures that employees are deployed according to their skills.
