Employee Hosting & Consulting (60-80%)
The Streetchurch Center is the hub of all our offerings. Here we welcome and advise all visitors who come to us with the most diverse concerns. We live a culture of hospitality and appreciation. This especially includes serving guests, participants of our offerings, and staff at our coffee bar or in collaboration with our gastronomic services.
Together we set your focus in the following areas of responsibility:
Hosting (approx. 40-50%)- Welcoming and receiving different stakeholder groups
- Individual and empathetic (initial) conversations with members of our target and stakeholder groups
- Hospitality at the coffee bar (barista service) and/or in collaboration with our kitchen
- Coordination of the (work)day in the co-working setting, including crisis intervention and security
Low-threshold short counseling (approx. 20-30%)
- Short-term, holistic, and goal-oriented counseling for people aged 16-65
- Conducting initial interviews for situation assessment and intake processes
- Individual support in self-organization, administration, and job applications
Substitutions in work pedagogy (optional)
- Guiding participants in gastronomy (kitchen and/or coffee bar)
- Support in production and/or participation in catering events
- Completed training in social work or social diaconia
- Friendly and upbeat personality with a likeable and confident appearance
- Relationship orientation and assertiveness
- Confident handling of different target and stakeholder groups
- Enjoyment in the role of host, including involvement in gastronomy
- High independence and initiative as well as efficient and goal-oriented work
- Teamwork skills and very high social and self-competencies
- Dynamic work environment with professional self-expectation and great passion
- Interdisciplinary, appreciative team with commitment and openness
- Individual support and promotion through internal coaching of employees
